Timeline
Planning ahead helps you maximize the visibility and impact of your sponsorship. Here’s how the process works:

Sponsorship packets, online forms, and Adopt-an-Item opportunities become available.

To be included in our printed program and digital slideshow, all sponsorship commitments must be received by this date.

Ads, logos, and artwork are due for inclusion in programs, banners, and digital displays. Our team will provide clear file specs and submission links.
